Yep. *grin* They only love you when you're holding a tub of flake.
Unless you have a Betta... they just love you all the time. Little sweeties. Merlin's soon-to-be-old tank would be perfect for a beautiful Betta.

I've thought about it. Bettas are wonderful, from what I hear. But this is my Mum's house, and she doesn't want to have another tank. She's already frightened by the new one.
But when I get my own place...aha !
